Monday....
I need to rest from our weekend! lol Busy Busy! Saturday Kev cleaned the garage and took some stuff to the dump. We did some cleaning around the house. We went out to Linens N things for a bit to get a few things we needed/wanted. We took the kids to McD's for dinner ad let them pay in the play area. We put the kids to bed at 7:30 and then Kev and I watched RV. It was cute. Robin Williams cracks me up. :)Sunday we had church and all the mom's got a really nice potted plant, well it was flowers not a plant. We had lunch at Outback. We called in ahead and got right in. I know, shocker right?! lol After lunch we took Miss Claire to the Build a Bear to make a friend. She spent her birthday money from my mom on that. She got a cat and named him Daisy. I can't believe my baby girl is 3!! That just sounds so big to me. She's such a precious little baby doll. So after the mall we came home for a couple hours for naps and to have a friend of ours add some "freon?" to our central air system. So we paid him and off he went and at 4 we left too. We took the kids to the circus. It was in town for a couple days and we caught the last show yesterday. It was fun. I haven't been to the circus since I was a kid so I was just so excited. I felt like a little girl again. I used to watch the circus on tv and always loved the flying trapeze. When they did that I felt giddy. So we left there at 6:45 and went to grab some groceries. We got home about 8. Kev's dad and step mom are coming over tomorrow to celebrate Claire's b-day so we'll have cake then. We did get the kid's doughnuts with icing and mini m&m's sprinkled on top. I felt like I had to do some kind of special treat! lol So it was just a busy weekend. I still have a few more things to do around here before our company arrives.
In other news, our good friends Brian and Carrie are in China to adopt their new daughter. We didn't think they would meet her till today but I got on the computer when I had a few free minutes yesterday and saw pics with the new happy parents and their new daughter. They got her on Mother's Day. How cool is that? They didn't expect to get her a day early so they are thrilled. Ok now, off to get some COFFEE!!!!
Oh and how about not only was the swelling in Kev's face from poison oak(did I post about that? ) but I got it too! Luckily not on my face. It's not horrible but I have 2-3 places that were making me crazy. I called the doc early Saturday and he called in some steroids for me. I still itch a little but not near as bad!

A regular post...
Jus thought I'd get on here for a few mins. Today I feel like CRUD! I can't wait till Kev gets home so I can go to bed. Claire's 3rd birthday is Sunday. Isn't that crazy?!!She's such a big girl now. i dread Saturday. Kev and I have a game plan to get up early and clean out the garage and a few other chores. Kev's mom is coming in to visit next Thursday so I want to get the house looking good. Plus I am throwing Kev a party so I need my house to be CLEAN! Sunday we may take Claire to build a bear after church for her b-day gift from my mom. I want to be positively lazy especially if I will be cleaning our house Saturday! lol Brenden is doing very well in school. Great behavior reports and very good grades. His teacher says he is WAY past ready for 1st grade which is cool. I am looking forward to AI tonight. WOOHOO! Ok off to veg on the couch till Kev gets home. Can I have some cheese with my whine?Did I even post Easter pics?? I had to use my camera phone since my digital was broken at the time...

AI Top 6....AGAIN!
Well I am a huge Bon Jovi fan so I was so excited for tonight's show. Jon is looking just as hot as ever...DAMN!Ok so here we go...
Phil- Even though he looks scary I thought he did damn good tonight. Wow!
Jordin- As much as I love this girl I was not feeling it tonight. I just hope she doesn't get kicked off for 1 so-so performance!
Lakisha- Ki-Ki is bak ya'll. Thought she did so well. Can it keep her in it another week?
Blake- I have always been a lukewarm blake fan. Maybe it's the no lips thing? still am not sure if I liked it or not. It definitely was original but I think he pulled it off! :)
Chris- As Simon said, he did what he could with the song. Not fabulous but not horrible. He def will be going home tomorrow. There goes my eye candy! :(
Melinda- That girl is fierce! You go girl!!
The 2 leaving...Chris and I really don't know?!! lol
